Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

General Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Batteries VAE (due to safety regulations regarding battery transport)
  • Bidon (water bottles) (for hygiene reasons)
  • Workshop products (custom services)

Exceptions apply in case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] using the template below.
  2. Our team will send you a confirmation and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
  4. Ship the package to:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount accordingly.
  • Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error.
